About me
Soon after graduating from the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana – University program and completing my traineeship in public administration, I began my career as an attorney. I gained my first professional experience in a firm specializing in labor law and have also pursued other areas of civil law in the years to come: contract, property, real estate, enforcement, inheritance, and family law. Later on, I acquired more in-depth knowledge in an internationally renowned law firm in Slovenia, where I’ve gained extensive experience in commercial and corporate law as well. My work there included resolving complex commercial disputes, insolvency litigation, and compulsory winding-up of companies. I have conducted legal due diligence, been involved in mergers and acquisitions, and have successfully advised domestic and foreign clients on corporate restructuring, as well as corporate governance procedures.
My experience is also closely related to current issues of immigration and the employment of foreigners. I am able to offer access to quality legal services abroad, in cooperation with lawyers and colleagues from other countries.
I believe that my negotiation experience, good communication, and a personal approach to clients, combined with a high level of expertise, guarantee comprehensive and effective legal solutions. Above all, these strong values serve as a guiding principle of my work as a lawyer.

I am available via phone or email during the business hours (Monday to Thursday 9.00 am – 4.00 pm, Friday 9.00 am – 2.00 pm). In urgent cases I am available outside business hours.
